1. Service Agreement Overview

Welcome to Sunlight Interior. By accessing our website, requesting site consultations, or signing a project execution agreement for residential or commercial interior fit-outs in Dhaka, Bangladesh, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Consultation & Site Inspection

Initial consultations and site visits are scheduled upon mutual agreement. Site measurements, preliminary floor plan reviews, and initial BOQ estimates are provided to assist clients in scope planning. Detailed CAD architectural drawings and realistic 3D renders are initiated following contract confirmation.

3. Quotation, BOQ & Payment Terms

All financial quotations provided by Sunlight Interior are itemized in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Unless otherwise stipulated in your specific project contract, execution payments follow standard milestone schedules:

• Booking Deposit: 10%–20% upon signing the design agreement & 3D render approval.
• Material Procurement Stage: 50% prior to factory fabrication & raw teakwood board procurement.
• Civil & Fit-out Stage: 25% during on-site carpentry, electrical, and painting installation.
• Final Handover: Remaining 5% balance upon final quality audit and key handover.

4. Project Execution & Timeline

Project duration estimates (typically 4 to 12 weeks depending on square footage) begin once site access is provided and raw materials arrive on site. Clients are responsible for securing necessary building management permissions (e.g., apartment association working hour guidelines). Delays caused by unannounced design changes, delayed client approvals, or extreme weather conditions are adjusted in the execution schedule accordingly.

5. Material Warranties & Handover Support

We use high-grade moisture-resistant boards, teakwood veneers, and rustproof hardware engineered for Dhaka’s monsoon climate. Specific hardware items (hinges, drawer runners, lighting fixtures) carry manufacturer warranties. After project handover, our studio provides post-handover support for adjustments and maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom 3D renders, architectural concepts, floor plan layouts, and website content produced by Sunlight Interior remain the intellectual property of our studio. Renders and design files may not be reproduced or distributed for third-party commercial reproduction without prior written approval.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal claims or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
